Returns
Sealed returns, damaged product and refunds.
30-day returns
Unopened, sealed product can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
Opened product
Opened booster packs and displays cannot be returned, since card contents are randomised.
Damaged or missing items
Email support with your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the item at no cost.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse.
